New chance

Start your day by giving thanks to God for the new opportunity that He has given you. 

Today is the day when you can deviate from the evilpath you are going, or what if you stand up and wake up of the defeat you have fallen into? We know there are people who stumble, slip, break a leg, arm, etc … and go back again trough the same way, but yet today God is giving you the opportunity to go around, jump or even run over the stone that only hurts you. 

Let the spirit of God guide you in the right direction, because our nature desires what is against the spirit, the two are opposed, but those who are guided by the spirit are free. 

Remember to study the word of God to not be fooled by anyone because so says Jesus in Matthew 15:13 … If the blind is leading the blind, both will fall into a pit.

Giving up

It’s surprising how easily we give up, in front of the tiniest obstacle we surrender like if the problem is the size of the ocean…

I was seen NatGeo recently and ended up shocked while the animals thought me a couple lessons, the nature has different ways of “acting” and some days we surprise ourselves because there are, even in nature, beings that stand up and scream: I’m different! I do not surrender!

I saw how a tiny animal like a mongoose faced a lion! And how that animal made the lion back off! The mongoose was hurt (had a leg bitten) and it did not give up! Did I mention that the mongoose is the size of a hamster?

You should know the bible says in Matthew 11:12

……the Kingdom of Heaven has been subjected to violence, and violent people take it by force.

And in Joshua 1:6:

“Be strong and brave…”

So why to give up? We have a powerful God on our side! Let’s be brave! Stand up! Let’s act in the way that  God made us to be! We were not made to be walking around with no point in life. I have a Lord that moves me on purposes and I Believe THAT God!!

Let’s pray for strength and courage!

Saying Thanks

I learned something extremely powerful last week that I’d like to share with you: Saying thanks. 

I will give thanks to you with all my heart, Oh Lord my God.
I will honor you forever because your mercy toward me is great.
You have rescued me from the depths of hell.  Psalm 86: 12-13

God wants you to be thankful in the mids of every situation, wether your sad, troubled, you feel like your God has abandoned you. HE wants you to say thanks, did you know that by saying thanks you’re declaring triumph over your situation, that you’re also saying that you trust your God, and you will not let that keep you down.

Remember you serve to the almighty God. So start thanking God, he knows what you want, what you need and when you will get it! Everything has it’s time. But there’s always that permanent in your life: God. So thank him and praise him.

He deserves the Glory, the honor… and well pretty much Everything!

God of my ancestors, I thank and praise you.
      You gave me wisdom and power.
      You told me the answer to our question.
      You told us what the king wants to know.” Daniel 2:23

 

When I’m down…

There are time where I find myself really annoying,.. I mean why can’t I do all the stuff I say I’m gonna do? I’ve got to a point that when I’m about to make a promise I stop myself and don’t say nothing.

I’m asking God for strength and faith… patience. I need all of them in order to maintain in my way, cuz I’ve realized that alone I CAN’T. 

I’m just left by saying thanks Lord, for what you’ve done and will keep doing in me.

Greater purpose

God is just unbelieable, He is the best choice I’ve ever made! Sometimes I might look back and wonder what did I do with my life but I know every little mis-step that I took was for a greater purpose, I don’t believe in random choices everything that I’ve done is to glorify my Lord great name!

That I was built in fire, that’s true! Awful things happened to me before. I got scared, I ran, I forgot what I came here to… I abandoned my Lord yes.. But he never gave up on me!! I’m only 19 years old… 17 when I accepted the Lord and I feel like I wasted so much timee. But the Glory be to the Lord.

Faith

Faith not proven may be a genuine faith, but it is certainly a weak faith, and probably while it’s not tested is gonna remain dwarf.

Faith never prospers more than when all things are contrary: the storms are his coaches and lightning are its illuminators.

When the sea is calm, stretching sails as you like, the ship will not march toward the port cuz’ in a slept sea the keel sleeps too. Let the winds blow furiously and the water churning,  it’s how the ship can reach the desired port, although it might be swaying from side to side, and although the cover is flush with the waves and the mast creaks under the pressure of the inflated sails.

No flower has a blue  as beautiful as those that grow at the foot of the icy glaciers. No star shines brighter than those that shine in the polar sky, no water has a more pleasant taste that the one that runs through the desert sand, and no faith is as precious as the one who lives and triumphs in adversity.

Proven faith brings  experience. If you hadn’t been forced to pass through the rivers, you wouldn’t believe in your weakness, if you hadn’t been hold in the midst of the waters, you wouldn’t have known the power of God. The more you exercise faith in affliction, the more it grows in strength, safety and intensity. Faith is precious, and the proof is beautiful too. “

About that…

I’m taking things day by day. My Lord has proven me how much he loves me, he blessed me in one way but I also got in a awkward position today. It’s non-sense how a man over  thirties hit on a Christian underage girl.. and he is calling himself Christian. That’s why there are a lot of skeptical people about Christianity.

It’s incredible how we keep doing the same things that we were doing before we became christians,.. weren’t you called to make a change? weren’t you called to be as Jesus Christ? Examine yourself. Are you doing what you think is right? or What the lord has ordered to you?
